Kailash Joshi - Consulting Partner

Kailash is Fellow Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate having 16 years of post-qualification experience in managing business processes, advisory, compliances, audit, assessments, representation, and litigation matters.

Kailash has an excellent track record of converting chaotic accounting, tax, legal and tax disputes setups into a clean and systematic in line with advance industry standards through strategic focus and planning, cost and wealth optimization, better working capital & cash flow management and overall improvement in organization health chart. Kailash has worked in leadership roles in organizations such as Megasoft, Royal HaskoningDHV, Jindal and Ecorys.

During his corporate tenure, he handled business disputes, AP & AR matters, investigations, contract negotiations, technical collaborations, infusion of private equity, due diligence, and related interaction and liaison with foreign partners, represented before Tax office, Courts, & Tribunals in relation of obtaining specific orders and approvals. He was also part of important committees such as Audit Committee, Procurement Committee, Administrative reforms committee, etc and supported management in crucial HR matters such as wage settlement agreement, retirement benefits policies, employments contracts, mutual confidentiality and non disclosure agreements and other HR and admin matters.

Kailash is passionate about playing a part in building a sustainable future for the society we live in, and actively work for the causes of conservation, socio-economic inclusion and diversity. He is a marathonist & cyclist and working to create awareness in society for their mental and physical well being.
